The #1 Youth Development Program in the Region 

The SynergyForce Youth Academy is a training program for beginning and intermediate athletes. Our young athletes learn the game of volleyball, all in a positive and fun environment with a commitment to teach. Volleyball is a game of specific skills, which include serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and digging. Our Youth Academy introduces and builds the fundamentals of each skill, in addition to developing team systems and methods of play. Our goal is to train and teach so that our youth athletes can use their skills in real game-like situations.

REAL RESULTS: No other volleyball club in Northern California achieved more at the younger age groups in 2020 than SynergyForce. Not only did our club produce the NCVA 12 & under Premier League Runner Ups, we also produced multiple NCVA Power League Championship Division teams across all of our 12-14 and under teams. Additionally, five of our teams qualified for USAV Junior National Championships, with the majority of the players from these teams being a product of the SynergyForce Youth Academy. The foundation our young athletes develop gives them a clear competitive edge. We are 100% committed to “teach” the fundamental skills of the game.

YOUTH ACADEMY

The traditional SynergyForce Youth Academy is on Sundays in May. This training program is designed for beginning and intermediate athletes. Our young athletes learn the game of volleyball, all in a positive and fun environment with a commitment to teach.

Register early. Space is limited for all age groups and registration will be capped.

Who: All Athletes! Courts will be divided by Gender, Age, and Experience

Cost: $20 per Training Day. Days are available to be registered for individually. 

We are excited to announce another opportunity that we have chosen to make available only to SynergyForce Youth Academy Athletes. The WCVBA is hosting another Juniors tournament in May. Please see the FAQs below for more information.  The tournament will be held in the Greater Sacramento area, with more information coming soon!

What is the WCVBA Juniors League?

An opportunity to expand beyond the skills training and experience a tournament environment. There is a tournament available for the athletes that choose to participate. The tournament will be held on Sunday, May 12th and will start at 9:00 AM (warmups begin at 8 AM). The tournament will conclude around 2:00 or 3:00 PM. 

Are there additional practices?

No, all of the training is done beforehand during the regular youth academy training days. The athletes that are registered to participate in the Juniors Tournament day, will receive all necessary instruction during youth academy the weekend before. 

How much does it cost?

The cost is $40 per tournament. Additionally, all athletes will need a SynergyForce shirt with a pre-assigned number. If you do not have the shirt already, the cost is $10

Who can register?

Any SynergyForce Youth Academy Athlete that is 12 and younger.

How do I register?

Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is limited to the first 10 athletes.
